Clients of our firm have a personalized client portal, with a unique  account login and password. ​This access is available online for active and prospective clients 24/7, other than scheduled or 

necessary maintenance.

It provides a secure environment to share case information, upload/download documents, transmit and view billing information, review upcoming dates and locations, and communicate with our clients.

Instead of relying on scattered channels of communication (email, phone, text message, fax or snail mail), the client portal becomes our go-to, understood one-and-only platform for communication. From the portal, and through the portal, we can schedule any and every necessary meeting, discussion and request or transaction.

Once set up with a client portal account, you will be able to log into the private and secure portal where we can share information, due-date by calendar, documents, billing details and make progress on your legal matter by providing information such as completed and upcoming tasks and milestones regarding your case.

All of the features within the client portal are intended to save our clients' time and decrease stress, while improving the communication, efficiency, and convenience associated with satisfactory and compliant legal case management.

 

Features

Calendar

  • Accessible by both you, our staff,  and your attorney, the integrated calendar lists all upcoming events relevant to your case. Important dates such as court hearings can be scheduled, along with any other details including a map to the courthouse.

Document Sharing

  • All important documents associated with your case are stored in one secure area and accessible online from anywhere.

  • Avoid faxing, emailing and snail mail by simply uploading your case documents into the client portal, where you and our staff members and your attorney will be able to view and access.

Invoicing & Payment

  • The client portal allows you to view or download any invoices associated with your case, and also make secure online payments via credit card or eCheck.

 

Secure Communications

  • Sensitive and privileged information no longer needs to be sent to an insecure email address, as the client portal easily provides a safe and secure means of sending our staff and your attorney communications.

  • All privileged and/or confidential messages, etc. will be transmitted and stored within the client portal, conveniently organized and maintained.
